Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Scratch Online Mentor. The Scratch Online Mentor will be responsible for conducting online mentoring sessions for students, presenting lessons, helping students understand the basics of Scratch programming, and providing feedback on their projects. The mentor will also assist in developing the curriculum and ensure that sessions are engaging and interactive.

Qualifications

Experience in Scratch programming and teaching coding to children
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment
Patience and enthusiasm for working with children aged 5 to 17
Background in Education, Computer Science, or related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively
