Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and empathetic School Psychologist to join our esteemed team, providing vital support to students in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
Facilitate one-on-one and group counseling sessions aimed at enhancing students’ emotional, social, and academic well-being.
Collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and families to develop and implement targeted intervention strategies tailored to each student’s unique requirements.
Actively participate in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing critical insights for the formulation of relevant IEP goals.
Serve as a consultant to educators by delivering expert advice on students’ academic and behavioral progress, as well as suggesting classroom intervention strategies.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student assessments, services rendered, and progress while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Stay abreast of the latest developments and research in school psychology, particularly concerning virtual service delivery.

Required Skills

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the relevant state.
Proficiency in utilizing virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with an emphasis on collaboration with students, parents, and educators.
Prior experience with virtual assessments and counseling is highly preferred.

Qualifications
