Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth for EasySearch-AI’s eCommerce AI Assistant.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the eCommerce sector, targeting online retailers, marketplaces, and platform providers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through consultative selling and demonstrating the value of our AI-driven solution.
  • Conduct product demos, negotiations, and presentations to showcase how EasySearch-AI can improve conversion rates and optimize customer journeys for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product development.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track metrics, and report on sales performance regularly to company leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine the sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally within the eCommerce or AI/technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, workflows, and pain points.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and managing a sales pipeline.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
