Shift Timings - 9 am to 6 pm

What is this role about?

 As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools, driving sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets within your designated region. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction 

Requirements:

⭐Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector 

⭐Strong networking skills and a well-established network within the education community 

⭐Excellent leadership and team management abilities 

⭐Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans to achieve targets

⭐Effective communication and negotiation skills 

⭐Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships

⭐Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales goals 

Responsibilities: 

⭐Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products/services within the education sector ⭐Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in schools 

⭐Lead sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients 

⭐Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets 

⭐Provide guidance and support to the sales team to help them achieve their objectives 

⭐Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings based on customer feedback 

⭐Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
