**About the Job: **As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by selling outsourcing solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth, building strong relationships, and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the Outsourcing sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential new markets.
  • Prepare and present customized Outsourcing solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
  • Stay updated on Outsourcing industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO/Outsourcing services and solutions, with the ability to understand client needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
