Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, training new sales staff, analyzing sales performance, and working closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns. The role involves frequent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales and Sales Management expertise
Experience in Training and developing new sales staff
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing customer base
Experience in the nutraceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
