Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned regions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting potential clients to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide market insights, and ensure the achievement of regional sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and develop growth opportunities within the assigned regions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team environment.
  • Preferably experience in technology, AI, or security industries; familiarity with the latest industry trends and solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced education or equivalent experience is a plus.
