Recruitment Specialist

This is a full-time, remote position where you will need to provide your own equipment. The role requires you to be based in the Philippines.

Manage full cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.). Possess a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging with candidates, strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to have a clear understanding of requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide feedback to candidates and manage the offer process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Post job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and others.
  • Administer pre-employment talent assessments to evaluate communication, job and culture fit through TestGorilla or similar platforms.
  • Ensure candidates’ equipment readiness and compliance.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and create employment contracts on the GP Platform.
  • Conduct thorough background checks by liaising with previous employers, supervisors, or colleagues.

  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
  • Drive and excel in delivering an exceptional, seamless end-to-end candidate experience.
  • Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing updates with all stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting process
  • Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
  • Ability to perform detailed projects with a high level of accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in sourcing and recruiting roles within the Healthcare Industry
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
