Location: South Africa 100% Remote

Working Hours: USA hours – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM UK time, plus additional hours from home.

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 RAND per month (OTE 100,000 RAND Per month+ with bonuses)

We are a leading professional services business seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for growing our client base within the legal, tech, and accounting sectors. You will work with both inbound leads (25-50 per week) and a wealth of historic leads and customers, leveraging these to win new business and develop lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win new business from law firms, tech firms, and accounting firms.
  • Heavy focus on both calling and digital outreach to generate new opportunities.
  • Manage and build relationships with existing clients, holding weekly meetings to ensure satisfaction and growth.
  • Conduct up to 20 client meetings per week – from managing existing accounts to pitching new opportunities.
  • Cold outreach and conversion of warm leads to close deals.
  • Coordinate and arrange client meetings, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
  • Work with a rich database of historic leads to reignite opportunities.
  • Be a key part of growing our business in the US market.

What We Offer:

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within recruitment or a similar B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships quickly.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, from cold outreach to warm conversions.
  • Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and digital outreach.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized.
  • Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM to 7 PM UK time) from home, plus additional hours from home as required.
