Job Title: HR Recruiter (Remote)

Company Overview: QHT Clinic is a leading hair transplant clinic in India, renowned for its advanced medical techniques and high-quality service. Our clinic offers services in various domains, including hair restoration, dermatology, and cosmetic treatments. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support us in hiring for all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Doctors, Technicians, and Administrative Staff.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with 2-4 years of proven recruiting experience to help us scale our team across all departments. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a remote setup and be able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. You will be responsible for finding, evaluating, and bringing top talent to QHT Clinic by leveraging modern recruitment strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads (Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Operations) to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various online platforms, job boards, and social media.
  • Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and provide recommendations to the hiring teams.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment strategies for remote hiring.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and recruitment metrics to management.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, if necessary, to fill urgent roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations during the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, medical professionals, and administrative staff.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and remote interview processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
