Description****SAP Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading and managing SAP projects, facilitating stakeholder interactions, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. This position offers a long-term 3 Year contract employment opportunity. This role is Part-time & Fully Remote.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Utilize Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes
Oversee the budgeting processes, ensuring financial efficiency and control
Facilitate change management, aligning the team with any changes in project strategy or direction
Navigate SAP Modules, including SAP MM - Materials Management, SAP WM - Warehouse Management, and SAP Plant Maintenance
Ensure seamless SAP integrations for optimal business process efficiency
Leverage SAP HANA for real-time analytics and applications
Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project progress and outcomes
Optimize resource allocation, ensuring the right resources are assigned to the right tasks for maximum productivity and quality.

Requirements****Requirements

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is essential.
Knowledge of Budget Processes is expected.
Ability to implement Change Management strategies is crucial.
Experience with SAP Mobile
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance
Expertise in SAP WM is needed.
Proficiency in SAP MM - Materials Management is required.
Familiarity with various SAP Modules is essential.
Experience with SAP HANA is necessary.
Understanding of SAP integrations is crucial.
