Trinity Environmental Group is a rapidly growing erosion control and stormwater compliance contractor serving North and West Texas. We specialize in SWPPP compliance, BMP installation, hydro excavation, and site stabilization for civil and commercial construction projects.

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a sharp, organized Estimator to generate accurate, competitive proposals for erosion control and stormwater management work. You’ll be responsible for reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, building cost estimates, and delivering polished proposals to general contractors, developers, and public agencies.

This is a remote position with flexible hours and plenty of upward mobility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, bid documents, and scopes of work

• Perform takeoffs for BMPs: silt fence, hydroseed, wattles, check dams, rock berms, etc.

• Prepare detailed estimates including labor, material, equipment, and markup

• Collaborate with field operations for production rates and timelines

• Prepare and submit clear, professional proposals to clients

• Track open bids, awarded jobs, and follow-ups in the estimator log

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of estimating experience in erosion control, sitework, or related trades

• Strong ability to read civil site plans and specs

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PDF markup tools (Bluebeam preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Must reside in Texas and be familiar with regional construction practices
