We're Hiring: Project Director / PMO Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Director / PMO Lead to oversee and drive project management excellence across our organization. This leadership role demands a strong ability to manage complex programs, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), setting standards, methodologies, and best practices
Oversee multiple large-scale projects and programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy
Drive project governance, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives
Mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Establish reporting frameworks and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in project/program management with at least 3 years in a leadership/PMO role
Proven track record managing large, complex projects across diverse industries
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
