We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Director / PMO Lead to oversee and drive project management excellence across our organization. This leadership role demands a strong ability to manage complex programs, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of key business objectives.
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), setting standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects and programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Drive project governance, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives
- Mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Establish reporting frameworks and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in project/program management with at least 3 years in a leadership/PMO role
- Proven track record managing large, complex projects across diverse industries
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
