We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Director / PMO Lead to oversee and drive project management excellence across our organization. This leadership role demands a strong ability to manage complex programs, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery of key business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), setting standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Oversee multiple large-scale projects and programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy
  • Drive project governance, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives
  • Mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Establish reporting frameworks and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project/program management with at least 3 years in a leadership/PMO role
  • Proven track record managing large, complex projects across diverse industries
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
