About MaiTech Universe:

We’re not just building products—we’re building people.

At MaiTech Universe, we empower the next generation of tech professionals with real-world experience, personalized mentorship, and a no-fluff approach to skill-building. Our projects live at the intersection of design, code, strategy, and storytelling—and now we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Product Management Intern to join the mission.

The Role:

As a Product Management Intern, you’ll work alongside designers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into impactful digital solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product research, roadmap planning, agile collaboration, and everything in between. This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship—it’s a mini-accelerator into the world of product thinking.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in defining product vision, user stories, and feature prioritization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (devs, designers, mentors, etc.)
  • Conduct market/user research and competitor analysis
  • Support backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Monitor product KPIs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Work with tools like Trello, Notion, Figma, or Jira (or learn them on the go)

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fascinated by how products are built, launched, and scaled
  • Can think analytically but communicate simply
  • Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking the right questions
  • Have basic knowledge of tech and/or design (bonus if you’ve worked on side projects or startups)
  • Are available for 6 months and open to growth, mentorship, and fast-paced learning
  • Thrive in remote, asynchronous teams and can manage your time like a boss

What You’ll Get (Besides Skills That Pay the Bills):

  • Exposure to real product lifecycles
  • Access to paid tech resources, courses, and workshops
  • Certificate of completion
  • A real chance to transition into a paid role if you shine
  • Portfolio-ready case studies and real-world experience
