As part of the Strategy Advancement team, you will play a key role in transforming complex processes and ensuring the operating model supports the growth and evolution of the Medicaid business. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to tackle ambiguity, thrives on collaboration, and can lead process optimization with confidence. 💡

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Medicaid Business Owners and Enterprise Partners to identify and execute key optimization opportunities 🔍
• Document and transform current state processes into streamlined, efficient operations 📈
• Make critical decisions in evolving situations, shaping the future of Medicaid operations 💥

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement with a proven track record of streamlining complex processes 🏆
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to provide in-depth recommendations and insights 💡
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage with leaders and stakeholders 🤝

Bonus points for:

• Medicaid experience or a deep understanding of healthcare operations 🏥
• Six Sigma/Lean or other process improvement certifications 🎓
• Experience with Agile methodologies 🚀
