Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Primary Investor. The Primary Investor will research and analyze investment opportunities, build and maintain investor networks, and assess market trends to identify potential risks and growth opportunities. The role includes collaborating with internal teams, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and preparing detailed investment reports and recommendations. The individual will also contribute to the long-term investment strategy of Xylem Ventures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and vision.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and decision-making ability
Knowledge of market analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio strategy
Experience in building and managing professional relationships and networks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with investment tools and software, as well as a willingness to stay updated on industry trends
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and objectives
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
Previous experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking is preferred
