Who Are We Looking For?


We’re seeking an individual with a passion for design, video editing, and digital media to join our creative team and be responsible for primarily making video assets for the brands we work with. If this sounds like you, please attach your resume and portfolio that showcases your skills in the first line of your application/cover letter.


  • Comfortable working in Adobe suite, Capcut, Canva
  • Has a strong sense of pacing and storytelling
  • Ability to adapt tone to the individual needs of each client
  • Experience in short-form editing (i.e. digital ads or social media)
  • Ability to join us on set periodically in Montreal

The Role


Collaborate remotely with your marketing team to design effective paid ad marketing campaigns for a wide range of eCommerce brands.


Ad Creative

○ Work alongside growth directors and creative strategists to develop ad creative for paid advertising on platforms such as Meta.


Workflow & Responsibilities

○ Conceptualize project briefs into effective creative content. 

○ Provide input on creative direction, as well as efficient collaboration on revisions and project deliveries within a team setting.

○ Participate and contribute in team meetings and group discussions (via Google Meet) video calls.

○ Work remotely using organization and time management skills to manage your own schedule and stay on track with deliverables. Communication takes place in Slack and Asana.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in video editing/production/content creation. 
  • Based within driving distance from Montreal, Canada. 


○ Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

○ Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and branding

○ Basic understanding of UX/UI Design

○ Able to work independently with minimal oversight in the creative process

○ Effective time management, cross-functioning, and multitasking skills.

○ Preferred experience with Slack and/or Asana

○ Versatile and able to conceptualize a brand’s creative vision, language, and expectations


We are 100% remote, meaning you choose which working hours are most suitable for you and your team. We are seeking an organized self-starter who can complete projects in a professional and timely manner.


Compensation


Starting rate of $60,000-$80,000 CAD

All compensation raises are determined by your performance in the role.
