  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations while reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and the management of employee leave policies.
  • Serve as a backup for biweekly payroll processing by managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Compile and analyze data to create comprehensive reports and presentations that inform decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms, preferably within a Mac environment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant business field accompanied by 2 years of HR experience.
