Operations Specialist- Background Verification
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Background Verification Specialist to join our Employment Verification team. This role involves conducting end-to-end employment background checks to validate candidate information, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion of verification tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in background verification or operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools are a plus.
- Prior experience in background verification
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with employment structures across sectors (IT, BPO, manufacturing, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office is a must.
