Lucerna is an AI-powered marketing firm helping elite financial services companies—such as wealth managers and private equity firms—build authority and drive inbound leads through content, strategy, and systems. We are scaling rapidly and need someone to own fulfillment operations and ensure our clients remain satisfied, informed, and engaged. You’ll manage deliverables, coordinate with creatives, and create the structure that supports our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client fulfillment workflows from onboarding to final delivery
  • Oversee and maintain Airtable dashboards to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Run weekly check-ins with editors and internal contractors
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication post-sale
  • Maintain high standards for quality control and delivery timelines
  • Support systemization through SOP documentation, onboarding flows, and reporting templates
  • Flag and resolve potential delivery bottlenecks before they impact timelines
Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of experience in client success, project management, or operations (preferably in an agency or service-based business)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Airtable
  • Highly organized and execution-focused
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, proactive, and professional
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple team members and clients simultaneously
  • Comfortable owning projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience in creative or video marketing agencies
  • Experience working with financial firms or professional service providers
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Descript, Google Drive, and Loom
  • Strong writing skills for client summaries, update emails, and internal documentation
