This is a remote position. Salary goes from 2000 to 2500 depending on experience and what you can bring to the business.

What is expected / Requirements

Availability to work Pacific Time hours (7am - 4 pm).
4+ years of experience in management consulting or in Project Management, Operations, Logistics, Strategy.
Fully remote - ability to work autonomously and with little direction
Ability to communicate (writing, speaking, reading listening) in English over zoom and over the phone
Ability to handle SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel, Advanced Google Sheets, Python.
Strong collaboration with Business Operations team members, developing junior talent and elevating manager of the team
Full autonomy on data modelling, data flow design, reporting and dashboard creation
Go-getter attitude: you love to solve problems, from ideation to implementation
Strong project management skills to orchestrate cross-company projects
Conduct weekly reviews of the Operations KPIs and own the improvement plan. Push other stakeholders to achieve those improvements

What are the main activities of the role

Develop reports, dashboards, data models and processes to improve the visibility and understanding of the Operations team performance
Monitor the main KPIs on a regular basis, support in the definition of improvement/action plans, follow-up and lead the successful implementation of the action plan
Design and implement tech-driven solutions and automation to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve the overall performance of the Operations team.
Act as a bridge between data and strategy, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to support leadership in achieving operational goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Maintain and improve data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility within operational systems.
