This is a role with Modine Manufacturing. Modine Manufacturing partners with Internship on Demand to host this unique Pre-Internship as a way to earn priority access to future internship, co-op, and entry level roles.

About the Pre-Internship Program

The Electrical Engineering Pre-Internship is a 4-week bootcamp is designed to teach you everything you need to know to land an internship, co-op, or professional experience with Modine.

This program is a mix of live and recorded virtual sessions to share key tips, resources, and networking opportunities to land your next internship, co-op, or full-time job. Not quite a class, not quite an internship - it's a pre-internship!

100% virtual work with flexible hours to meet your schedule. Must be able to attend 1-2 hours of scheduled virtual meetings per week with Modine and IOD mentors.
Guaranteed early screening interview for a 2024/25 Co-op or Internship
Video content, readings, and individual learning curriculum are all accessible when you have time.
Work 5-8 hours/week networking with Modine leaders, building your resume, and developing your early career skills.
1-2 hours of scheduled virtual face time each week with Modine Manufacturing engineers, recruiters, and leadership to build your network and increase the likelihood you land an internship there

Are you a college student looking to boost your internship readiness before the next career fair? All grade levels & majors are encouraged to apply!
Anyone seeking a flexible option to gain professional experience and level up their resume during their break. This is a unique opportunity allowing you to participate while working another job, catching up on sleep following finals, or spending time at home before another busy semester.
No regional limitations! All programming is 100% virtual and flexible to your schedule. Please indicate if you are an international student in your application.
We especially encourage those without prior professional experience to apply!

Note:

Successful completion of the program includes: 80% completion of all assignments, attendance of final program event, and submission of program capstone project.
This program is unpaid, but may result in a paid position from one of our partner companies following the program completion
