Job Summary


We are looking for an L1 Microsoft 365 Support Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in providing first-level support for Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, along with a basic understanding of Intune and networking concepts.



Key Responsibilities


• Provide first-level support for issues related to Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams

• Handle user queries and service requests via ticketing systems

• Troubleshoot login, sync, and access issues related to M365 applications

• Perform basic user management tasks in Microsoft 365 admin center

• Assist users with OneDrive file recovery and SharePoint/Teams site access issues

• Support mobile and desktop client issues related to Teams and Outlook

• Escalate unresolved issues to L2 or relevant teams with proper documentation

• Assist with basic Intune tasks such as checking device compliance and enrollment status

• Log, track, and close tickets within defined SLAs

• Follow standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for issue resolution

• Communicate clearly with users in both written and verbal form



Required Skills


• 1–2 years of experience in M365 support roles

• Good understanding of Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams from an end-user support perspective

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin center

• Basic knowledge of Intune, including device enrollment and compliance

• Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)

• Experience using a ticketing system (e.g., ConnectWise, Freshservice, etc.)

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required



Preferred Qualifications


• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)

• Exposure to Windows OS support

• Experience working in a managed services or help desk environment
