The ideal **Media Success Account Manager **will have a strong background in customer service, sales, client success, media relations, or public relations. You will work closely with our team to assist in engaging with new and existing customers and email marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for calling, emailing, and building relationships with the media.

Required skills & responsibilities

  • Interact with members of the media to assist in their story needs, address questions, and explain Qwoted’s service via phone and email
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve customer queries and maintain contact with customers to continue relationships and build trust
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Thorough understanding of the service, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Understanding of media relations practices and knowledge of traditional and online media outlets
  • Exemplary written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills (efficiently plan, organize and prioritize activities)
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Public and Media Relations and B2B Account Management
  • Successful ownership over other success functions and/or Public Relations teams
  • Proven track record of success in working directly with and building relationship with the media
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to self-manage time and work independently
  • Impeccable communication skills
