Location: Fully Remote in the U.S.

Duration: 6 month contract to start - potential for FTE conversion

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Retail media experience and/or media planning and activation experience with 10+ years of experience
  • Previous role at an advertising agency as a Director or seasoned Associate Director
  • Media knowledge: detailed understanding of assessing target audiences, media planning and buying techniques, and evaluation of media performance- with a particular penchant for Social Media and CTV planning and strategy development
  • Experience vetting proposals and collaborating with partners, publishers, and ad tech partners
  • Champions and co-owns the learning agenda and evolving set of playbooks that document best practices for program pilots and ensuring cross-team education and adoption.
  • Deliver and educate teams on clear strategic roles and priorities of media tactics, relative to investment level and working with cross functional analytics partners to create consistent measurement/KPI frameworks for each
