The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage potential clients, and generate leads for our accounting firm. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans that align with the firm’s business objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility and attracting new clients.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and case studies that demonstrate the value of our accounting services.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the firm’s online presence through SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at promoting accounting services, special offerings, and industry expertise.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to capture leads through targeted digital campaigns, webinars, and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing activities, provide insights through detailed reports, and recommend optimizations.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop client-focused materials, such as proposals, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Partnerships & Events: Identify and coordinate opportunities for collaboration with industry partners and attend relevant events or webinars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in professional services (accounting, finance, law).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with content marketing and the ability to write compelling, clear, and persuasive copy.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of the accounting or financial services industry is a plus.
