Position Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Assignment Length: 3-month contract, with potential for extension to 6-12 months based on performance

Placement Type: Contract

Schedule/Remote Flexibility: 100% remote

Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM ET preferred (flexible start times at 7 or 8 AM)

Hours per Week: 35-40 hours

Compensation: $40 to $50/hour based on experience

Education and Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital and B2B spaces

About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the digital marketing efforts for our client. Working under the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team to create, launch, and analyze cross-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms. You'll be responsible for managing paid social media, SEM, and email campaigns, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and optimize ROI.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your marketing expertise while working on a diverse range of campaigns across different industries, including Eco Solutions, Industrial Devices, Consumer Electronics, and Avionics. You’ll have the chance to lead campaign development, experiment with A/B testing, and work closely with creative and analytics teams to meet marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Work collaboratively with brand, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives and deliver effective results.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Use reporting tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets for SEM and social media campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B campaigns.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record managing SEM and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other reporting tools for performance analysis.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive marketing campaign plans.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

  • 1-on-1 interview with the Senior Marketing Manager, with a potential follow-up interview alongside another team member.

You will join a marketing team of three under the Senior Marketing Manager, collaborating closely to support various business units. The team operates as subject matter experts (SMEs) within the organization, designing and executing marketing campaigns that support the growth of our client’s North American businesses.
