Job Description

We are looking for someone that will help us continue our supercharged growth into 2025. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support for our brand only. This is NOT client work and will only encompass marketing for SEO Brand. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all marketing efforts for the entire marketing plan for the company.
  • Keep the vision of the company marketing consistent with the vision and mission of the company across all platforms.
  • Consistently write new case studies for the website and paid media efforts.
  • Coordination of assigning new Blog posts based on Keyword research.
  • Coordination of quarterly email blasts.
  • Coordination and development of proposals, general marketing decks and additional sales collateral.
  • Social Media account management - keep content updated about the company, manage inbound messages.
  • Manage and coordinate internal Press Releases about company news.
  • Coordinate Podcasts with the internal team and external vendors.
  • Manage sponsorships with publishers.
  • Explore partnerships with additional platforms that we are not advertising on such as (Reddit, Pinterest etc…)
  • Manage the overall online reputation of the company.
  • Keep name, address, phone number NAP info consistency.
  • Open up new properties for advertising.
  • Manage the review process for the platforms that we are active on (Clutch, Google My Business, Facebook)
  • Explore new review platforms.
  • Keep the internal CRM up to date with accurate data, mapping lead sources and transferring leads to the available sales reps.
  • Manage partnership requests we receive from email.
  • Coordinate with sales to keep all sales proposals up to date.
  • Attend sales meetings to keep marketing aligned with sales.
  • Tag inbound lead sources in our CRM.
  • Build out marketing reporting as needed.
  • Develop ad copy as needed.
  • Update our Wordpress website as needed.
  • Build out new pages on our website based on keyword research and filling demand for SERP positioning.

Qualifications

  • Self starter. I know you probably see this a lot in job descriptions but this one is very important. Although you will be training quite a bit to get you accustomed to how we operate, a big part of this job is finding solutions to challenges independently. This is probably the most important part of this position.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications.
  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing/brand management is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of all social networking platforms.
  • NOTE: New graduates will be considered for hire and will undergo a training period but if you have experience in such a position, we want to hear from you.

Marketing Tools Experience a Big Plus

  • Data analysis via Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Moz, Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of video editing software such as Capcut.
  • Asana project management software.
  • Experience with writing Ad copy and Calls to Action.
  • ChatGPT.
