We are seeking a dependable and proactive Remote Assistant to help with various tasks. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and design presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or similar tools.
  • Research various topics and compile findings into reports or summaries.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and scheduling.
  • Interact with customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and assisting with any issues or requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to assist with daily tasks, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as required to support the team in all ways possible.

Key Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Ability to create presentations with minimal guidance.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Requirements:

  • A computer and stable internet connection.
  • Ability to work reliably during agreed-upon hours.
