Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Marketing Assistant + Project Manager to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This is a client-facing role that is critical to ensuring our marketing campaigns and creative projects are executed flawlessly, on time. This role is designed for someone who excels in marketing coordination and light project management duties. You will support our marketing team by managing day-to-day tasks, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring that all marketing activities are organized and run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Coordination: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables align with client goals and timelines.
  • Light Project Management: Oversee minor projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Coordinate with team members to keep projects on track.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Client Meetings: Attend virtual meetings with clients, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items to ensure all project deliverables are met.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are being addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Content & Schedule Management: Assist in managing content calendars and schedules, ensuring that all content is delivered on time and is consistent with the project timeline.
  • Graphic Design Support: Work with the creative team to request graphics and assist in managing design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • Proofing & Quality Control: Review marketing materials for accuracy and consistency, coordinating with internal teams and clients for approvals.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in running performance reports and compiling results to provide insights to the team and clients, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to provide content, schedules, and other necessary information to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Basic understanding of project management and marketing principles.
  • Proficient in using project management and communication tools/software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
  • Familiarity with residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required.
