Location: Remote

Hourly Range: $20 - $30/hr, commensurate with experience

Status: ~ 10 hrs/wk, ongoing 1099 contractor

This is a rewarding and unique opportunity to support a therapist in her various trainings in Brainspotting and other transformational work. Our client has been a therapist for forty years, teaching fellow practitioners tools to support their clients. She has relaunched her book and is expanding her team.

Our team includes the Program Coordinator, the Webmaster, and occasional consultants and contractors. **The ideal candidate has experience with Google workspace, an Apple computer, Canva, Social Media and experience with Go High Level (CRM).**We are looking for a long-term team member, starting approximately ten hours per week, and potentially evolving into more. Hours will be flexible. This person is self-motivated, solution-oriented, professional, heartfelt, and on a path of consciousness. Job Qualifications And Proficiencies

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Comfortable with cold calls for promotion
  • Have a computer with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Experience with or willingness to learn the following software and platforms:
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Google Drive, Canva, Go High Level
  • Zoom, AI including Chat, Claude and others
  • Experience working as a Social Media Marketing Manager
  • Solid understanding and experience of how to develop & execute media content strategy
  • Ability to repurpose content in multiple ways while maintaining alignment with our vision, voice, and messaging across social media and website platforms
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of online marketing strategies, digital technologies, and social media
  • Understand how to research SEO keyword priorities and implement them across all content creation
  • Experience in video/audio editing using Camtasia and i-movie
  • Background in project management

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Tracking SOPs and best practices in your responsibility areas
  • Minor website maintenance, including updates as directed by the team, coordinating flow of new contacts and contact service needs
  • Quality assurance audits and development of new website landing pages, program materials, products, and automated emails
  • Research in various dimensions of business
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
  • Assisting Cynthia in technology and organization
  • Attending visioning sessions and team meetings
  • Updating, improving, and maintaining filing systems in the Google workplace

Program and Product Support

  • Program and event management of digital products in Go High Level - monitoring registration, posting replays in an online learning center, drafting and scheduling emails, posting announcements, etc.
  • Retreat and live event support
  • Graphic design support for various programs and products
  • Podcast and YouTube support with scheduling, editing, publishing, and maintenance

Marketing and Social Media Management

  • Drafting, editing, and posting social content with a focus on generating long-term followers, promoting engagement and influencing action
  • Monitoring and responding to specific social media communications
  • implementing a monthly content calendar, working closely with other members of the team to align messaging across the scope of the company
  • Regularly scheduled blog design & posting (including SEO)
  • Tracking marketing and sales analytics to demonstrate leveraged results
  • Maintaining email lists with accuracy and timeliness
  • Supporting all aspects of public relations, including podcast guesting, speaking, and book signings
  • Implementing and managing book promotion
  • Managing affiliate relationships with monthly reporting systems
