This is a part-time remote role for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO). The MTO will assist in managing projects, analyzing financial data, creating budgets, and supporting the execution of program management objectives. Responsibilities include preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring operational efficiency, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop insights
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively
- Basic knowledge or experience in Finance, including managing financial records and understanding financial reporting
- Skills in Program Management and Budgeting, with an aptitude for organizing tasks and tracking expenses
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, aviation management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in aviation operations or GSE is a plus but not required (We will teach you all things GSE)
