This firm is actively looking to bring on a Remote Lemon Law Attorney to support its growing docket of high-stakes cases involving automotive manufacturers and consumer warranty claims.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a talented attorney with experience in lemon law, insurance defense, or product liability to join a sophisticated team handling cases across California. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility without sacrificing meaningful, high-profile work.

What You’ll Do:

Handle lemon law matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial prep
Strategically advise clients (including Fortune 500 companies) on liability and risk mitigation
Collaborate with a legal team known for aggressive and innovative defense strategies
Appear in court (virtually and in-person as needed), argue motions, and participate in mediations/arbitrations

What They’re Looking For:

Active CA bar license
2+ years of litigation experience either in insurance defense or lemon law or product liability
Strong writing, discovery, and motion practice skills
Confidence managing caseload independently while being a collaborative team player
Trial experience is a plus, but not required
