Job Title: Learning Consultant

Location: Remote (EAST COAST PREFERRED)


Overview:

A large enterprise organization is implementing a new Learning Management System (LUMEN) and is seeking a Learning Consultant to support the creation of training content and documentation for internal processes and procedures. The goal is to ensure employees and partners have clear, accessible learning resources to understand key programs and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop e-learning content and training materials for internal systems, programs, and procedures
  • Document existing and new operational processes in a clear and user-friendly format
  • Evaluate content creation requests based on priority, scope, and business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across departments
  • Provide administrative support within the LMS, including report generation and user management
  • Contribute to all stages of e-learning development: intake, needs analysis, content design, QA, and deployment
  • Act as a liaison between the content development team and various stakeholders


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Learning Consultant or in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably LUMEN
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships across departments and organizations
  • Experience documenting technical and operational procedures


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and corporate training strategies
  • Experience with instructional design and e-learning authoring tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
