Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Cybersecurity Analyst who will be focused on supporting internal teams and customers with day to day support and analytics activities as it relates to the Resonance Security platform and services.

Qualifications

Interest in learning about cybersecurity including services, products, publications, and emerging technologies

Strong analytical skills and ability to gather, identify, and explain how to use software, pinpoint areas of improvement, and optimize processes

Self-driven, highly motivated, and ability to work effectively in a fast paced remote environment

Passion for protecting the world from cyberattacks with innovative, customized solutions

Team player, motivated, and strong interest in the betterment of the global IT space

A foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and an eagerness to grow in this space. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+) are a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication (English), collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

A high level of personal integrity and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality, and upholding the highest ethical standards

Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects, and shifting priorities to adapt when needed

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to think critically about challenges and proactively find solutions

A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, work with a sense of urgency and thoroughness, and work closely with senior team members

Responsibilities

Tackle a wide variety of business, technical, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and quality outputs on cybersecurity initiatives

Support gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to cybersecurity risks, trends, and compliance to prepare actionable insights

Assist in documenting business and security processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements to enhance operations

Help manage client relationships to ensure top notch client satisfaction

Participate in various cybersecurity projects, supporting coordination, execution, and follow-up on tasks, ensuring alignment with business and security goals

Open to receiving training and mentorship to deepen cybersecurity knowledge, adopting new tools, and staying up-to-date on the latest security trends.
