IT Operations Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure and services to ensure seamless business operations. This role involves troubleshooting, system administration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely
Manage user access, permissions, and account provisioning
Deploy, configure, and update software and systems
Document processes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance
Collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements and automate operational tasks
Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed across IT systems
Qualifications
2+ years experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and networking concepts
Experience with monitoring tools and IT service management (ITSM) platforms
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
