Job Title: IT contract specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Develop, negotiate, and manage IT contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to define contract terms and conditions.
Monitor contract performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
Ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations of IT contracts.
Maintain up-to-date records of all contracts and agreements.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Contract Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT contract management or procurement.
Proven experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, preferably in the IT sector.
Experience with contract laws, regulations, and best practices.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
