Job Title: Investment Analyst

Location: Remote or West Palm Beach HQ

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the investment process, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to the management of capital across our two strategies: Direct Venture & Private Equity Secondaries. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, an understanding of private markets, and a passion for technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the evaluation and execution of investments in private technology companies, across both Direct Venture & Growth and Private Equity Secondaries strategies.
Develop detailed financial models to assess the viability and potential returns of investment opportunities.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow projections, valuations, and sensitivity analysis.
Assist in the due diligence process by analyzing financial statements, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Monitor portfolio companies, providing ongoing analysis of their financial performance and market positioning.
Collaborate with the broader investment team to track market trends and identify potential co-investment opportunities.
Maintain and enhance internal databases and tools for tracking investments and market developments.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and present actionable insights.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the technology sector and a keen interest in private equity and venture capital.
