Role Description

This is a full-time, remote internship role at UrbanVue Interactive. As an Unreal Artist intern, you will assist in creating visually appealing and realistic architectural models using Unreal Engine. Your key tasks will include modeling interior spaces, setting up environments including neighborhoods and building plots, and making amenities look realistic.

You will need a strong artistic touch, replicating and arranging interior designs based on references, while ensuring they are visually appealing and enhance the presentation of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in modeling interiors with attention to detail and artistic finesse based on architectural references.
Help set up environments, including neighborhoods and building plots.
Create realistic and visually engaging amenities and building exteriors.
Work with shaders, materials, textures, and PBR workflows to enhance the realism of visuals.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to deliver high-quality interactive real estate experiences.

Qualifications

Interest or background in architectural modeling with an artistic touch.
Experience with Unreal Engine (or Unity) for 3D visualization.
Familiarity with 3D software like 3DS Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, etc.
Basic knowledge of shaders, materials, textures, and the PBR workflow.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replicate and refine reference designs.
Basic understanding of architecture and interior design principles.
