We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment while supporting various aspects of our candidate experience, employer branding, and strategic recruitment initiatives across our global SG&A (Sales, General, and Administrative) business units.

- Assist with innovative ways to support global interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Support the onboarding process by helping to identify ways to create an amazing candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies across social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with our global brand.
- Create and curate content that highlights our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance our online presence.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team on key projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, diversity initiatives, and candidate outreach strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and talent acquisition best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-person recruitment events, including career fairs, webinars, and campus outreach programs.
- Support organizing policy, procedure, job description and reporting information.
- Currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
