Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-priority projects by creating visually appealing and pedagogically effective materials for essential initiatives such as digital courses, presentations, infographics, and print resources, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate effectively with instructional designers to grasp educational objectives and translate them into visually engaging designs that elevate the overall learning experience.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity by designing materials that cater to diverse learner needs and adhere to readability and color contrast standards.
• Manage multiple graphic design projects, including scoping, planning, and collaborating with project leaders, internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and development partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain the highest standards of data integrity by safeguarding sensitive information and upholding ethical conduct in all professional interactions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaborative skills, enabling effective teamwork within diverse groups.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a Learning and Development or educational framework.
