Apply instructional design and consulting skills to conceptualize, design, and develop e-Learning, instructor-led, and blended learning training modules for an Enterprise-wide audience

Design and develop overall training curriculum. Research, design and develop technical training courses in areas governed by state/federal utility regulatory requirements.

Manage multiple functional curricula including design development, improvement, and maintenance

Determine instructional strategies and develop measurable objectives for designing and assessing all training deliverables

Analyze, design, and develop new training curriculums, participant guides, job aids, and assessments that are complex in nature

Work with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives

Conduct needs assessment and job/task analysis to determine scope of training

Required Skills/Attributes

Must have 5+ years analyzing, designed and developing corporate training. eLearning, ILT and blended solutions

Must have 5 + years designing and developing systems/technical training

Must have 5+ years designing and developing Leadership development training

Must have experience in instructional design practices and methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Must have advanced experience with Articulate RISE, and/or other eLearning authoring tools

Must have experience working with stakeholders and SMEs

Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in a readily understandable manner

Must have experience developing creative content using Adobe creative suite
