Job Description:

Our client is seeking a driven Success Manager to nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the hotel, resort, spa, and salon industries. As a Success Manager you'll champion our client’s brand, foster sales growth, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with top 50 accounts to expand monthly reorders and achieve 50-100% sales growth within a year through targeted incentive programs.
  • Proactively prospect and open 3-5 new accounts monthly, leveraging our existing leads and implementing welcome programs.
  • Educate accounts on product knowledge, protocols, and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional service to accounts, assisting with online ordering, upselling, and addressing questions or concerns.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base = $60k
  • Commission = 5% commission on all sales
  • Year 1 Projected Earnings: $85k – $90K
  • Year 2 Projected Earnings: $100k+
  • Vacation- 1 week for 1st year of employment
  • Vacation- 2 weeks after 2nd year of employment
