various Sectors such as education, social welfare, women empowerment, skill development,
health, Culture, sports, and other fields. Our goal is to support healthy lifestyle ,and thriving
communities By empowering our members to focus on long-term goals . We free our
volunteer members from Daily burdens to focus on long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Help with creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards
• Conduct initial screening of candidates and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records and assist with documentation tasks
• Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities
• Help in managing HR databases and ensure data accuracy
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
