Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Implement HR programs that foster staff development and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Analyze HR data to drive improvements in talent management and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Address complex employee relations matters, providing sound guidance on risk mitigation.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to address workplace accommodations and health-related issues.
