Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Location: Remote (India)

Shift timings: 1 PM - 10 PM IST

Job Description:

Saviance Technologies is seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to join our India HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of HR processes such as paperwork, onboarding, salary preparation, attendance management, and other HR-related tasks. This is a remote role requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with employee onboarding and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Manage attendance records and ensure accurate tracking for payroll processing.

Support in salary preparation and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely payments.

Handle HR paperwork including offer letters, contracts, and policy documentation.

Provide support in HR operational functions and employee queries.

Collaborate with the HR team to improve employee engagement and maintain HR databases.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and payroll.

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience with HR software/tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, B.Com, or a related field (preferred).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
