HR Coordinator (Administrative) Job Duties

· Provide daily administrative/recruitment support to a team of Recruiters and hiring managers.

· Maintain and update the ATS and other database to ensure candidate information is up-to-date

· Maintain accurate records of candidate information and credentials

· Generate and prepare recruitment-related reports related to talent acquisition

· Partner with hiring teams to ensure sharing of best practices and providing positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

· Must have experience in using Bullhorn and Fieldglass

· Experience in recruitment administration or recruitment in an RPO setting

· Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

· Amenable to work at night

· High Level of Attention to Detail

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
