Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR management, overseeing the HRIS, assisting with benefits administration, and coordinating training programs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, processing payroll, handling employee inquiries, and supporting organizational HR initiatives.

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Skills in Benefits Administration
  • Experience in Training and employee development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
