Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR management, maintaining human resources information systems (HRIS), administering benefits, and assisting with training programs. Day-to-day tasks may include onboarding new employees, processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

- Training skills and experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
