The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and ensuring the proper training of candidates. Day-to-day tasks include identifying talent, maintaining communication with clients and candidates, and providing strategic input in recruitment planning.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Hiring processes
- Strong Interviewing and Training skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively
- Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or similar roles is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
